Body
1. Colon Cleanse so my body can start from scratch – accomplished on Nov 28th, 2009 – (I went and got a colon cleanse with a machine that is 14 times more powerful than an Enema. A nutritionist in the area who specializes in cleansing the colon ) (http://coloncleansingworks.net/)

4. Eat every two hours – fist size
5. Belly Dancing will help to sculpture stomach area.
Mind
1. Millionaire Mind – Join a country club. 2. 7 hours of sleep
3. Write Down my dreams. Myself is trying to tell myself something?
Heart
1. Pay it forward – Service every day.
2. Message Therapy every two weeks. Will increase blood flow.
3. Enrolled in a relationship seminar to understand how to communicate with myself and others better. Will take place Jan 7th and 8th – Question Base Selling in Atlanta
