First, you have to place 1 cup of oats and 1 tablespoon wheat bran in a blender and then grind to a fine powder. After that add 2 tablespoons of butter milk, 2 tablespoons of whipping cream , ½ tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves and ½ medium diced I cucumber. Then blend until it has a smooth consistency. Apply it to your freshly cleaned face . After 10-15 minutes, you can rinse with warm water. Tone and moisturize after that.
