8 week challengers Laura and Jaron Johnson 



Laura

Goals:
1. Lose at least 2 lbs per week
2. ABSOLUTELY NO CHIPS!!!
3. Stick to Weight Watcher pets 6 days per week (one free day)
4. Eat breakfast EVERY morning
5. Hit the gym at least 4 days per week and my off days must include some sort of outdoor activity/exercise

Goals:
Slim down
Tone up
Hit the gym or exercise at least 4 times per week
Start and finish "I Beat the Odds" by Michael Orr
