Saturdays suggestions

when establishing a workout regiment, one must decide how many days per week that they are wanting to work out. Some people workout 6 days a week, others workout 3 days per week. Here is the thought for the day. Let your body be your guide. Our bodies are amazing and have ways of telling us what we can and cannot handle. Regardless of how many times a week you workout. Spend Saturday doing something enjoyable. Work in the garden, take on a project at your home, play a pick-up game of basketball. You could also go for a run, ride a bike, anything really that will get your heart going. The point is this; to achieve a balance in your life, you must enjoy your life. There is enjoyment in work and labor. All to often days are spent watching t.v. and not being productive. Try it for a week and see how you feel. With your body being a complex message center, it will relay messages to you about what is good. I have received our first suggestion on improving the site. The suggestion came from a very good friend whom I deeply respect. His suggestion is to download workouts that all of us can benefit from and share with eachother. If you have a great workout, feel free to contact me so that we can post it. I will be doing the same starting next week.
